10/10 would not recommend to anyone! Parking is a total nightmare! There is no dedicated lot or anything so if you don't get home before 6 good luck finding a spot within a quarter mile. Also if decorating your apartment is important to you then go somewhere else because the walls are not able to hold a nail. There are vagrants walking around at all times very clearly doped up. All this and they still charge 730+ for a studio with no amenities except water and pest control (and believe me you're going to need pest control be... read more

Nice location and I really loved the little porches on the one bedroom unit. A good amount of square footage even if it is badly used. Walking distance to the 24 hour Western grocery store, which is also a bit of a panhandler gauntlet at times.. The hot water is provided to the entire building by a boiler, so you're never going to run out, unless the boiler goes down (and it does.) There is a lot of light from the large number of windows. I lived here for four awful months with my girlfriend. We were new to Birmingham. Absolutely loved the city, but the apartment was just one problem after another. It's the worst apartment experience I've had in my entire life. I'm begging you, for health reasons, do not move into this building. • Persistant roach problem—even after concentrated spraying and supposed weekly spraying of apartment grounds.
