Great experience with this florist! I needed a last-minute gift and they delivered perfectly. The “Hug in a Mug” bouquet was beautiful, thoughtfully arranged, and very reasonably priced. My order was ready the same day for collection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be using them again!
The Petal Factory have been a dream to deal with! I ordered the Elegant Glass Vase - White & Green - and they were stunning! I’m from NSW, came down to spend the Christmas period with friends and family.
