Was needing a short notice gift hamper while I was in Bendigo and a quick google search led me here. Service was excellent and the options for gift hampers are beautiful. Really reasonably priced and they made up a bouquet on the spot for me. I'm so happy I found this florist and would highly recommend to locals for all their flower and gift hamper needs.

Lizzie was absolutely amazing. I had two vases with artificial flowers that l was very unhappy with. Lizzie worked with me to achieve the look l was after, showing me numerous options and was so open and inviting to any feedback to ensure l was fully satisfied. I would 100 per cent recommend Lizzie and the Petal Factory and will be sure to return for all my florist needs.
