great salon I have taken my two cocker spaniels to TPST for over twelve years. My dogs can't wait to get in the door when we arrive for our appointment. There is a reason they are extremely busy 7 days a week, THEY ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO and they care. I have read these other reviews and I know the owner would have done whatever it took to take care of the situation, if they are even true. Worse than one star! This place is terrible. Luckily my dogs didnt get hurt like those other poor people but they did a terrible job on their 'haircuts'.

My pets were mauled here! On Thursday July 5th 2007 I took my 2 cats to the groomers at ??The pet stops here? in Bellevue, Washington. One cat required her coat to be trimmed to a short length, bathed and her claws trimmed. The other cat only required bathing and claws trimmed. We have used this business 3-4 times before with mixed results, however, neither of them was ever injured. On the 5th of July the story was very different.
