Happy Cat = Happy Customer!! I had a wonderful experience here! We have a 13 year old indoor cat who is a nervous nelly! In the past she's always had to be sedated before a grooming. When I made the appointment I mentioned this to them and they were nice enough to get her in and out with no wait time and let me be with her during the grooming. No sedation was needed and she looked amazing afterwards! We now have a wheaten puppy and I will be bringing both of my pets here for their groomings. Thanks for a wonderful visit!
My pets were mauled here! On Thursday July 5th 2007 I took my 2 cats to the groomers at âThe pet stops hereâ in Bellevue, Washington. One cat required her coat to be trimmed to a short length, bathed and her claws trimmed. The other cat only required bathing and claws trimmed. Mixed experience I am nervous about taking my Welsh Terrier in for grooming after reading all the reviews. Last time they bruised him while emptying his glands and they used the wrong soap on him since he has sensitive skin so he was itchy until I could wash him again with an oatmeal soap. Does anyone have any suggestions where pet owners can get the very best care for their pets. They are part of our family and deserve the best!! The cost does not matter to me.
Three Staples (Bailey's blog) It's been a pretty rough month for me. Momma took me to the groomers to get my haircut before our visit to my buddy's house. She dropped me off as usual and when she picked me up, boy was I happy to see her! The groomer lady said I was a bad pup and that I wiggled too much. They cut my cat's ear off! I can't help but share my personal experience here. I used to get my 2 Persian cats groomed at "The Pet Stops Here." They had a friendly staff and always did a good job. Unfortunately, on one occasion I ended up having a really bad experience with them. They called me in the afternoon on the day I had dropped one of my cats off for his haircut, to tell me that the groomer had clipped off most of his ear! I was upset and devastated. great salon I have taken my two cocker spaniels to TPST for over twelve years. My dogs can't wait to get in the door when we arrive for our appointment. There is a reason they are extremely busy 7 days a week, THEY ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO and they care. I have read these other reviews and I know the owner would have done whatever it took to take care of the situation, if they are even true. The Only Place I Trust To Groom My Pets I have a wheaten terrier and a main coon cat that I have brought to The Pet Stops Here for many years. They are the only groomers I trust to groom my pets. Everywhere else, my wheaten terrier "Sheila" always ended up looking like a schnauzer. Now she looks like a wheaten (the way it should be). Sammy, my main coon, is not easy to groom. My golden retriever was turned into a golden lab Imagine my surprise when my instructions for a "light" trim was interpreted to mean a "tight" trim, or so I was told. My dog came out with 1/2 inch feathers on her front legs, no pants on her rear legs, and her beautiful tail at least 12' shorter. Haven't been there since.
Worse than one star! This place is terrible. Luckily my dogs didnt get hurt like those other poor people but they did a terrible job on their 'haircuts'. They did an uneven and weird shave on my dogs belly and didnt even bother to even him out. They left hair all over them. They didnt do what I asked them to do at all on my other dog. Both of their face hair is uneven and they should be ashamed of what they consider a sanitary shave... They did such a terrible job I will never ever take my dogs there again.
