After a 14-hour flight followed by a 5-hour drive to Key West, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff at The Perry Hotel. The check-in process was quick, friendly, and very pleasant. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds. We had a lovely and relaxing stay overall. Didn't love the room I was given this time at The Perry. It's an accessible room that I didn't book (shower is uncomfortable), overlooking the laundry/garbage area on the side of the building so I've heard staff as early as 630 am and it's awkward to sit on the balcony and enjoy it. I asked to move upon check-in and was given the run around about the hotel being booked solid until I overheard the front desk telling other guests the next day, that they were in fact, not full.

Booked through Amex, would have been meaningfully cheaper on bookings but went with this because it included some resort credit. Hidden resort fee costs at 52 a night before tax and parking is 30 dollars a night before tax. Restaurant is mediocre at best. What’s the point? Was expecting much better
