Spent several days here: the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, the concierge is super helpful, the daily shuttle is great so no car rental needed and housekeeping is wonderful. Several restaurants are walking distance; I highly recommend the Croissants de France Bakery and El Siboney. Matt's Stock Island was great for breakfast and dinner but dinner was a bit overpriced. Hannah and Jeremy were the highlights of our stay. Professional, beyond helpful and a ray of sunshine each day; they treated us like family. Food was so delicious. The Perry was great!

Mai, The manager literally saved my reservation by fixing a huge mistake done by Orbitz. She was kind, sympathetic, and attentive. It wasn’t the hotels fault but her main priority was ensuring my stay was a positive one. To anyone making a reservation, please save yourself the hassle and make the reservation directly thorough with hotel instead of using Orbitz or Expedia.
