Best hotel we ever stayed in. Beautiful pool area overlooking the marina. Room was stunning. Greg is very friendly in the minibus transfer service and this makes the journey more enjoyable.
This was my first visit to Key West. This is such a beautiful hotel with a super laid back vibe. The staff is so friendly and accommodating creating a comfortability that you almost don't wanna leave lol. The pool is relaxing and while the food at the hotel restaurant is pretty good, there's a few restaurants and a French bakery around the corner that are EXCELLENT!! I cannot express my gratitude enough. Jayme at the front desk went above and beyond for my family. I came into the lobby about to stroke out from the heat from a place we were supposed to rent. I sent my family to the pool to cool down because they too were overheating. Jayme kicked into high gear and found us a room for the whole week and house keeping was able to get us a cot for our child too. Jayme made sure I had water for not only myself but for my family too. Just spent 4days at this place and had a nice time. Bit hit & miss in places and definite room for improvement. Front desk was hit and miss never told us anything about the place when we checked in still not sure if you can use the other pool. Rooms are a bit tired we had one overlooking the marina which was a great view but looked in need of renovation and smelt a bit damp, on a plus housekeeping was excellent our room was cleaned every day.
