I would not recommend staying at The Perry Hotel Key West. This hotel is significantly overpriced for what it actually offers. They charge daily “resort fees,” yet this is far from a true resort experience. The closest beach is at least 15 minutes away by car, which defeats the purpose of paying resort-level pricing. Had a mixed experience at this hotel. Loved that it was dog-friendly and next to a marina with a plethora of boat tours. Some things that made this disappointing, especially given the price we paid, include not being given any information about amenities or the property when we checked in. Also, we had a really scratched up sofa / chair and when we proactively reported it so we wouldn’t be charged, the front desk literally just shrugged us off which was a little confusing. Expérience de réservation très décevante. J’ai annulé une réservation effectuée via Hotels.com pour The Perry Hotel & Marina Key West, en respectant les délais prévus. Pourtant, plus de trois semaines après, le prépaiement ne m’a toujours pas été remboursé. Malgré plusieurs relances par email, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de la part de l’établissement, ce qui est particulièrement frustrant. Un service client clairement mauvais — l’un des pires que j’aie rencontrés dans le secteur hôtelier.
