James Lee is such a good realtor. Buying a home can be stressful to say the least, but with each concern I had, he knew the answers or investigated it and always got back to me.
The Pelham Group was great. I needed to sell my home, but was not living in the same town as the home. They made everything so easy! We did everything over the phone or through email. They were straight forward with me and gave me the advice I needed, but were never pushy about anything. Buying and selling your home is a huge decision, and the Pelham Group allows you to make all the big decisions while being the expert advisor. Great experience, and even greater people!
Dealing with the pelham group has been a nightmare. As a real estate company they are not honest. They violate their fiduciary duties to you. I have documentation where they violate Trac and tar standards. They never once drafted an admendment on my behalf even though i requested numerous times.
