Larry had listed my house. It was an aweful experiance. He never communicated with me. Didn't come with any listing report presentation for me to get an idea of what I could list for. Fired him and hired a new realtor who did all that come to find out I could have listed for 5 grand more than I thought. 1 day on the market with my ne realtor full asking price offer.
