Monique was amazing. I have never even been to Texas and she helped me purchase the perfect home in the perfect area! She understood exactly what I was looking for, and asked lots of questions about where I wanted to be located compared to where my husband and I work. She is very personable and knowledgable about the area. The Pelham Group even gave us a folder at closing containing all the local places to eat, and fun things to do in the area!
