We loved working with Ashlyn! She was absolutely amazing! Fast responding and super helpful. We are a military family and changing stations every few years so with that being said we had limited knowledge of the area. Ashlyn helped us so much even though we were all across country. The Pelham Group is an awesome company staffed by great people. We are selling and buying simultaneously so that extra little stress is added vs being only one or the other. Terry and Larry have been very professional in every aspect. Terry was able to negotiate with the seller on getting us contracted ASAP and Larry was able to get us contracted in selling our house within 4 days!!! Ashlyn was absolutely amazing when it came down to showing all the homes, she was very flexible, understanding and dependable when it came to down to every question we had! I can’t say enough for what Kylie has done for my family. I emailed about a house on realtor.com with zero knowledge on how to even get started looking for a home. Kylie met with us.
