After taking it to the school for help (them keeping it for 3 weeks) and then not knowing what it could be other than the hard drive they recommended this place. The hours made it hard to take it in with a busy schedule but when I finally got the time to take it in he was super helpful and explain all the issues and what cause them. I had issues with my laptop and I brought it in to them and they thought they fixed it but once I came home I realized it was still broken. They understood and gave me a refund

My family took three of our PCs to be repaired by PC Penguin. They did a great job on the various things we needed. They were even able to take all of the data from our computer that we've had since 1997, and put it on our new PC. Amazing! They're friendly and give great service!
