Good stuff, I went and was quickly helped and well informed before making any choices. Gave me his best solutions and ideas if his fix wasnt enough.

My laptop's right screen hinge was coming off and the BYU-Idaho computer support desk could not really help me with that. The PC Penguin guy was able to get my parts ordered and gave me a replacement laptop for the day. The pricing was fair. I got a 10% discount on my service for this review, but I would have probably given the place 5 stars anyway.
Very reasonable. Great at explaining what was needed and why. Great experience.
