RecommendedI have used PC Penguin for my computer repair in the past and am getting ready to bring in a laptop and desktop for minor repairs. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. They find the best possible prices for any parts that you might need. I love their idea of a flat rate repair cost.

My computer was freezing constantly especially when trying to run multiple Adobe programs at once. Over Facebook PC Penguin easily figured out the best way to fix this and gave me pricing options (based on memory size) to upgrade to an SSD (solid state drive). Best thing I have ever done! He's a great guy. I recently had my laptop in for getting a cooling fan and heatsink assembly in, and it was done well and within a small amount of time. I've gone in for some computer questions and he's done a great job answering them. I definitely recommend them!

Apple would have charged me over $200 dollars for a new battery, but the PC Penguin told me how to order a new battery and helped me with the installation for SO much cheaper. This place is excellent! Highly recommended. Great service!
