The Paxon is a beautiful, clean, modern, friendly apartment complex with every amenity you could ask for. Every person that I've met that works here is wonderful and kind! The walking score is super high especially since it's right by the river near a great park. I cannot say enough about this place.
This place is so awesome! Really, if you're looking for an extremely well maintained, clean, beautifully sophisticated place this is it. I visited when they were hosting a Bloody Mary Bar for the residents and their guests and it was just great to fix a drink and go out onto the patio and relax in a nicely designed outdoor area. If you are looking a nice peaceful North Loop lifestyle, this isn't it. TERRIBLY LOUD.
Great building, Well maintained. Awesome amenities and a great office staff. I would absolutely look here first if you are going to move to the North Loop.
