- No one is ever at the front desk to assist us/help - the party room TVs are always broken - the dog area trash is always full of poop bags (looks like TRASH)- garage has been broken into where storage units & cars are located - coffee machine is ALWAYS broken - packages are never in the package concierge lockers - nobody is happy here anymore This is all very frustrating because none of the amenities are even existent at this point. I would NOT recommend a grey star managed apartment ever.
Do not live here! You can live somewhere else that is well managed! Coffee machine is always broken and TVs in the gym and party room are always broken as well. Nobody is ever at the office and/or picks up the phone. All they care about is cashing rent checks and you will never see their faces. We really miss the Lincoln Properties managing our complex vs Grey Star. We should be compensated for the awful way the sale was handled. you may be in the office now, but it's not enough. The coffee machine is constantly broken. Our packages get locked up where we can't access them. The dog poop bags that WE clean up, don't get cleaned out of the dog run. I will be warning everyone to look for housing elsewhere and will also be moving out immediately upon the expiration of my lease. They have yet to cash our December rent check. Very unorganized and unresponsive.
The team at the Paxon are incredibly helpful in all issues. The layout of the spaces are really well done. The location is fantastic as it is easy to access downtown and the river easily.
