I used to absolutely love The Parlor. Then they lost Erica. Haven't been back since. Luckily I was able to reconnect. Best of luck to the Parlor.
I've had my hair and brows done here for a couple of years now. I always have a good experience, great customer service, and am pleased with my after appearance! They are always able to get me in, and if they can't they work hard to figure out when I can!
Went here because I don't do anything with my hair but wanted to try the ombré and at the time I went here they were ranked #1 which is why I chose this salon thinking they knew what they were doing. well the first time I decide to do something with my hair...they screw it up. they left the dye on my hair for over 4 hours! my hair soon after broke off from being so damaged. i paid a good chunk of money to have this done and though I loved the outcome, it ruined my hair in the long run. my hair was so long before. very upset ... read more
