I recently returned to The Parlor Salon after taking some time away with another hair stylist - salon. Many years ago, I used to visit The Parlor in the historic section of Germantown frequently when perms were still the rage! Fast forward to today ... this is my second time with Jen as my stylist. She’s absolutely WONDERFUL! My hair was cut both times perfectly! Jen has a great personality and I feel as I have been with her forever! I love 💕 The Parlor Salon and will return again soon for my next 💇♀️!
I just had my hair colored at the Parlor today and they were fantastic! Everyone was masked and they sanitized everything after each use. They had sanitizer as you came in and masks for $1 if you didn’t have one because everyone has to wear one. We distanced apart at all times. Jen did a fantastic job as usual and even had some new suggestions that she did. Everyone there has been great. What a great team!
Liz is the best at pedicures.
I used to love coming here... Until they ruined my hair. My normal hair stylist, Jen, is AMAZING. I want to start by saying that this review DOES NOT reflect her. So, I called to make an appt before vacation in July and Jen was booked so the salon offered to put me with someone "comparable." Fine, right? Wrong. It was then that I met Cassie. We understand and take responsibility for the condition of your hair from July 2019. From what you stated in your review of our salon, we feel that you have left out some pertinent information. In July of 2019 we refunded the total cost of your color service and haircut. Since that time, we have given you complimentary Kerastase Fusio Dose hair treatments, a complimentary haircut and take-home Kerastase hair masques and treatments and we discounted your color service in October of 2019. I got my hair colored and cut by Sage! She did an awesome job!! I love it!! She was super friendly and asked me questions and went over everything with me so she knew exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be going to her from now on.
