I am currently living in this building but getting ready to move out. The conditions in this building are below par to put it nicely. The entire building is coated in marijuana and cigarette smoke, despite it being a "smoke free environment". It often is hard to breathe in my apartment, especially at night. The stairwells are covered in spit, ashes, and urine most of the time, and little to no efforts are put into mainting these areas.
