Great metro-accessible location with nearby amenities that include a Target, several grocery stores and many fast casual food options, sit-down restaurants and bars. The renovated units at the building are top-quality with good workmanship. The onsite concierge/leasing manager, Fantu, and the property manager, Tanesha, are very nice, welcoming and responsive.
A find apartment building, convenience to transportation. Managment is responsive to tenants request quickly.
With the drug dealers in the building. Dangerous dogs and shootings.I wouldn't move in here. The resident manager will not tell you the truth about this building. They actually deal drugs in the hallways and Resident imagine there's nothing about it they don't care about the only care about your money they will not tell the truth about this building cuz they know if they do you want to move here but they will use every trick in the book to get you in this building don't believe what they say
While the building did have some issues, the management is getting a lot better! They have been more communicative, receptive to feedback, and have been attentive to most/all issues. Had a very pleasant experience with the management itself, and I look forward to seeing how the Parkway continues to improve.
Bottom line: This is not a safe place to live. I would strongly recommend against leasing a unit in this building due to the issues of violence, fighting, drug use, and general lack of security in the building.
