Jaclyn was amazing and the staff was all around very sweet. First time in, I wanted to go darker and did my own hair with developer and color and such but didn’t love how it turned out with a red hue in the sunlight. Went in not knowing what I really needed and Jaclyn fixed it up and was so friendly and just truly you could tell she loves what she does. The vibe was chill and the building was gorgeous. Definitely going to stay with Jaclyn while I finish out school!
Updated Review: Still going to Brenna, who is incredible. She is amazing at listening to what you want, talking through options, discussing maintenance needs/wants, and landing on something just perfect. Today she did color for me, gray blending with highlights, lowlights, root smudge and toner. I look like I’ve had a facelift just from her color magic. I cannot recommend Jaclyn Gortner enough. She absolutely nailed my cut and color—better than I even pictured. She has an incredible eye for detail, gives honest advice, explains each step and makes sure you leave with hair that fits your style and lifestyle. The salon is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and has lots of parking!!! Jaclyn is so easy to talk to, and honestly she's the best stylist I've been to in California and Tennessee combined.
