I highly recommend the Parker Apartment Homes. Affordable prices, friendly staff, and it has an amazing location right off Broadway Extension. When we first moved in, my roommates & I had some trouble with our front door lock. When we filed a maintenance request, they came that exact day and fixed it in under 5 minutes! My overall experience living here has been positive, although I had several issues that unfortunately were unfixable by the staff, such as loud kids who run around unsupervised, knocking on doors in the night & egging our windows. But like I said, that wasn’t the staff’s fault, just the people who live here who don’t watch their kids.
We've been here since late November. We've had a lot of problems with bugs in general. They have post control coming out every week to treat the apartments. The office staff is always helpful when I have a complaint or need maintenance done. Maintance guys come out and are super nice and helpful. I do wish that they gave us a time when they would be able to come out and fix whatever needs done. The amenities are nice: pool, hot tub, outside grills, small park, dog park, unattached garages.
