Don’t ever live here. They are awful and have 0 respect for the people who live here. They have awful management and don’t ever fix things that need to be fixed.
My son lived here for a year and he just moved when his lease was up! When you go to tour the apartments they show you the very nice, clean and cockroach free ones, so your impressed with it and sign a years lease!! When it's move in time you get something that's totally different with nasty dirty carpet and it's COCKROACH INFESTED and infested is not being over exaggerating!!! The apartment did get sprayed about every other week and it didn't even help!!!!
This complex was by far the worst decision me and my family ever made.
By far the worst place I've ever lived. For a laundry list of reasons. The management is horrible. The staff gets nothing done. The property isn't well maintained. The "24 hour on site security" is a joke evidently because I've never once seen a security officer there. The walls are thin. Structurally the place is junk. After paying $100 extra a month for an "UPGRADED" apartment, I then had to pay extra for all black appliances which were supposed to be in the apartment from the get go. Overall, the place is trash.
