The environment is amazing here. The folks in the office always take care of you and are super helpful if you need any assistance with your apartment. Their always willing to go beyond to make sure your lease is great! Jeff, Janelle, Kayla, Nick, and Ian are amazing staff!

We moved from out of town to the Parker a couple of weeks ago. The apartment we lived in before wasn’t clean when we arrived so we were very skeptical coming here. We were so thankful to walk in and find the place actually smelled like fresh paint and was very clean!! We did have to put in a work order to have a light switch repaired, but the maintenance man came that same day to fix it. Everything has met our expectations so far and we couldn’t be happier!
I love living here. The staff is from the office to maintenance are super friendly and eager to make sure all your needs are met.
Grandson lives here & just renewed his second year lease. Feel good that they have great security & amenities.
