Excellent staff and quick response time to all maintenance requests. Claudia Berringer went above and beyond to help me locate a mis-delivered package. I appreciate all the staff at The Park Crest very much.
Occupied unit tours are still offered during the Omicron covid 19 surge. Gave the impression that future tenants were prioritized over current tenants. Raises concerns that safety and privacy of the resident will not be taken seriously. Do not agree with the touring practice during pandemic.
We've lived at the Park Crest for 3 years and love the building. The location is fantastic, it is close to everything, and very reasonably priced for this great location. Management always responded to any issue right away and the maintenance staff is great. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. We would definitely recommend.
