Place is nice..been here for a little over a year and happy for most part...every place has their ups n downs...more ups with this place then downs...Maint. is quick and very friendly, noise level is low(of course, you're occasionally gonna have that one odd person or car going by thats blasting music..but they are gone quickly) and neighbors don't cause any probs. Layout could be a little better, but thats the builder's mistake on design.....
I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. It’s a pretty quiet little community that I have enjoyed calling my home. Anytime I have ever had any issues, maintenance, and management have been prompt, courteous, and professional (and in some instances they have bent over backwards for me). They keep the grounds nice and clean which isn’t something I can say about past complexes I have lived in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to live here!
