This place is the worst place to live. When I first moved in they gave me a dirty carpet with gum on the floor and never completely removed it. Also, after my lease was up they tried to charge me for it took my whole deposit and claimed I had 174 balance from damages after taking my whole deposit. I paid the 174 balance and they a month later I see a collections account pop up from them after paying the balance. This place is the worst place ever. I'd rather sleep in my car. My aunt who was 90 and my handicap cousin was 57 when they became a resident of Park At Veneto. They have lived here approximately 2 years and my aunt passed away 3 months ago. When she passed we notified the office of her death. Since Dec. we have tried to renew the lease for my cousin who is mentally handicap. Its' been a struggle to get them to answer the phone, return a call just to figure out what to do. Reached out to corporate to try to get a response and all you get is" let me take a message". When I was in the process of moving from Miami to Fort Myers I was super excited when I first heard about Park at Veneto (a blue roc premier company) but as I caught COVID I was not able to see the property myself and I had my mother come see it, first she saw a 1/1 studio about 600 sqf and it was fairly decent apart from being pretty small, then one of the leasing agents, Zenaida R. told my mother about a soon to be vacant apartment that was slightly bigger with a balcony, I was in for it but we weren't able to see it until... read more
