My wife and I lived there for only two months. When we moved in, it was late July and Tallahassee is super hot and humid that time. The AC was not working and they did not take care of it until a couple of days after. We also observed German cockroach and other bugs multiple times. They had pest controllers to take care of the issue but we kept experiencing that. The quality of pretty much everything (appliances, painting, countertops etc.) is also pretty low. Some of the staff are also rude.

I'm at a loss for words over this apartment complex, disappointment does not even begin to describe it. 1) Upon move-in the entire apartment was filthy, the carpet had not been even vacuumed after the last tenants moved out. Upon complaint, management sent their 'cleaning crew'. The cleaning crew proceeded to used filthy bleach covered rags from a large IKEA bag to clean both the bathroom and the kitchen (yes indeed in that order) and put them right back into that same bag, leaving us to again disinfect the entire apartment ... read more

No place for kids to play outside.
This is not a kid friendly apartment. They just tell kids cannot play outside and no play area as well. Lawns stink so bad when it rains . People never use dog parks they use lawns instead and never clean after pets.rent rates are high as well. for this rate we have lot of new apartments infact more near to the main city ..I will not recommend this apartment to the people who have kids.
This place is not kid’s friendly. They do not have any place for the kids to play outside. Lawn areas are used by dogs and not clean. Kids have absolutely no place to play during summer. If you have kids I don’t recommended this apartments.
