Worst place ever... If you are thinking about staying here.. Find somewhere else to live... Live here for 2 years and hated it. Was told when we moved in that you could hardly hear your neighbors... Well you can hear your neighbors just fine! The neighbor above our apartment let their toilet over flow down into our unit twice and we were left with the mess to clean up at our own cost. PATHETIC! Great price, the apartments are beautiful. I just moved in a month ago and I am in love. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Maintenance responds quickly. I love the clubhouse. This place is great, I am so glad I moved here.
No longer enjoy living here, this will be our last lease. Only 1 entrance in and out of a huge complex twice now I couldn't get to my apartment because of it. Once I couldn't get out to make it to work. Tennis courts are locked probably due to some tenants not following the rules however they punish everyone even if they follow rules. Christmas "decoration" was rigged. Sat out since 4:30 because had a feeling it was, no one came around, staff was a varsity club by 7 for their party though!. I have lived in several apartment complexes. This was a terrible experience. I recommend looking closer to "town" on hurstbourne or even private owned apartments. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for! I will say Lance our agent was a super wonderful help! And Though our next door neighbor was great, It's the people in the complex that are terrible and if you choose to leave they slam you with TONS of fees. Worst experience I've EVER had. Please heed the warning. Go elsewhere trust me!
The staff is awesome maintenance is great a good place to live
