If you like having your packages regularly stolen, rampant drug use and sales, sketchy people and children smoking weed and hanging out in your hallways, constant trash in the hallways and streets, overflowing dumpsters and pet waste stations, ‘amenities’ that are rarely working or open, cars parked in the fire lanes, rude and disgusting neighbors who don’t parent their children, and loud music then this is the place for you!! The overall feel of the property is dirty and unsafe. But, hey, the maintenance folks are nice.
Just like all other comments hate it here very rude doesn’t listen pools were never even opened. But on a more serious note someone literally DIED here 2 years ago and yet when I asked if they had cameras because my car was hit and broken into within 2 days they say they don’t have any! You’d think after someone died they would put some security up but no, might as well put up a sign that says rob me. This was my first ever experience of having my own place and I'm so disappointed! like many other reviews I've read management doesnt address any major issues. There was gunfire from other residence here on December 30, 2020 from the same ones that always sell drugs on the property and occupy the parking lot while using drugs. Myself and others have reported it several times but nothing is ever done. The on call officers never respond either. Carlos has done everything that he* can do and has always responded to us and honestly is the best. But, save your money and go somewhere else, seriously. The neighbors are rude and loud, I wake up every morning hearing the same couple scream at each other outside of my window. No one ever picks up their dog poop and there are some big dogs here. Bad place to live. Young people, under age are smocking weed without consequences after report it many times to management. Also my neighbors are stealing every package I order from Amazon or Walmart. Everytime I received packages opened and some of them disappear after delivered with picture proving the items are on front of my door.
During this time of crisis, they still demand rent, want to raise it and seem to have no sympathy. I pray these people never know what it's like to struggle. One would think they would have a heart and love like Jesus. Perhaps none of them know God or attend church... * Disclaimer* I'm not a current resident.
RecommendedGreat location walking distance from high school and Fern Creek park. Minutes away from everything yet set back from the main road enough that it's calm and quiet.

I’m on my third lease at the Park at Hurstbourne and while I have had some issues here and there (nothing out of the ordinary, or unmanageable) but every time something has happened I know it will immediately be resolved. The first day I came to check out the apartments I met Tamara, from day one she has gone out of her way to make me feel at home and ensure all of my concerns are addressed timely and completely.
