RecommendedWe have been here since March. So far, everything has been pretty good. We've had a couple of miscommunications, however the staff has been wonderful at explaining or rectifying the situations as needed. Communication is key regardless of where you live and I appreciate how positive and respectful and kind the staff is. I've dealt with several staff members and everyone has been so kind. ❤ We are happy to be here!

Love my apartment. It’s very cute and I have tons of space. The office staff is amazing and very friendly. Definitely recommend living here.
This place is a joke, they charge you out the ass to live here and you get all kinds of extras that you can never use. The indoor pool has been broken for 6 months+ and no sign of getting it fixed, when something is broken in your apartment they will take their sweet time getting to you and if you go to the office they'll just tell you "well, that's just the way it works around here." This place is a joke and I don't recommend moving here.
The worst decision we ever made was to live here espically 2 kids. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything, if they ever show up. Our bathtub drain doesnt hold water at all, so its almost impossible for anyone to take a bath. The staff doesnt care about anything, never returns phone calls. The indoor pool hasnt been opened since we moved in over 3 months ago. Kids like to linger in our stairwell and smoke pot, it smells in our living room. Place is a complete joke, kids running around out of control banging on doors constantly. Drug deals everywhere, trash everywhere. They messed up on my bill then charged me a late fee for paying what the bill said. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, they don't care about any of the people living there only about moving new people in. NOT WORTH HALF THE MONEY. Better off living in a motel.
