This property has about 200 apartments with full trash, rodents, mold. They moved people out of their apartments that had mold in them only to move the residents in new apartments with mold when I let the property manager Aislinn aware of the situation she said there's more apartments with worse mold then the ones at dalewood and Chickasaw
Very bad place to stay they have no cameras haven't help me with any issues in the apartment i been here going on 3 years and its terrible here. Management don't care. I will not recommend these apartments to anyone I'm saving money to leave soon.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! They are scamming people collecting peoples hard earned money for rent but won’t even provide you with the proper assistance with these units. The apartments are literally falling apart and outdated the pictures you see on the site are not the actual units they are staged pictures of the rent office. They sit in the air conditioning all day not doing anything they barely pick up the phones. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY ORDERS IN PROCESS OF EVICTION BECAUSE THEY STOLE MY MONEY ORDER WHEN I PAY RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTHIf i could leave 0 stars i would upon moving in i was told to wait a week to get fresh paint and a bedroom door that week was over and i got the keys and came into still no door and dirty walls a few months later paint started to peel and drop in my bathtub and toliet in the bathroom the dishwasher spews tons of water every use and still no door i put in a maintenance request 2MONTHS ago still nothing ha... read more
