No stars selected light been leaking water for a yr roof over the bathroom has completely caved in showing pipes when ever the neighbors shower or wash clothes its leaking into my bath tub black mold has totally took over the bathroom wall apartment supposedly renovated but holes in closet doors dishwasher air conditioner hasnt worked since I been here money orders for rent have been stolen and they will put eviction notices on your door not even coming from city hall just printed on put on ur door by the maintenance men
This is the worst complex! Something is always not working! Fixing problems they are slow if they respond! Conditions are awful. Need too really be condemned! Rent is too high for such poor living conditions! Also nothing is being done to correct it! Need info to corporate if they can't help . I will be taking further actions. Health& electrical as well as sanitary issues!

This complex is infested with ROACHES, BED BUGS, the manager Tasha S**** has a very rude and nasty attitude, and any complaints you make regarding the apartment rarely gets addressed. It has been stated that exterminators are contracted to spray each apartment (which seems to be possibly watered down because it does not help the infestation) but you never receive advance notice in the instance you want to be there when they do come. When calling the corporate office you can not reach anyone and the calls goes straight to an ... read more

If you ever have considered living here, just don't. Starting from the day I moved in, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. On my move in day I was informed that the unit I was to be moving in, had been leased for another year by the previous tenant. They scrambled to find me a new unit while I waited 4 hours for them to do so. The unit they placed me in was not comparable to the one I was told I would have. But what am I supposed to do when my deposit has been paid and I have all of my things ready to move in... read more
