Booked 1 night at $225 US then called back to add a 2nd night (a sunday) I was told sure the room was available no problem. We get there and the 2nd night was $360 US. NO ONE mentioned the price increase when we booked by phone the 2nd night. It was apparently OUR FAULT, I was told that their staff was not the type to make that type of mistake and we should have ASKED for online confirmation. This is SERVICE? Shabby is not chic when it cost premium prices. . .then to add insult to injury the rates were raised without prior knowledge. Noisy, second rate, old. . .and that is being nice. Travelers to Key West would be well advised to pass this has-been by. **Any contact with the completely rude General Manager will confirm that she is superior practice in responding to complaints. According to the brochure, this is staying in "luxury"...no way!Small rooms.Bath had a small shower stall .Terrible mattresses.Just a bad overall place that could be nice with different gneral manager . The wifi was terribly .No parking just a few spots.Not a good value.
