"I've been living at Palisades at Legacy Oaks for 4 years and I can honestly say it's been an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and plenty of natural light. The community is quiet and peaceful, with a great sense of neighborhood camaraderie. If I could do less than a one star I would. I was one of the first residents to live in this apartment community when it was first built in 2017. Nothing but downhill and red flags since then. TOP CONCERNS/REASONS WHY YOU SHOULDN’T MOVE TO THIS COMMUNITY- - The constant inconsistency and turnover with the Property management and staff was extremely overwhelming and unorganized, that it was always chaotic being given miscommunication and misinformation.
