Maintenance they do a great job.
I like my apartment and layout. I hope the management team stays for a while, as they're the third team we have had since moving in in September 2019. My breezeway is quiet, though not all are, and I have awesome neighbors. My issues aren't something management can handle though:other residents throwing their trash outside the compactor(although maintenance does a good job with cleaning behind adults), and the constant silverfish.
