RecommendedDiner with friends. Onion soup was great as were the two appetizers that I had. The others had entrees the were tasty as well.
Try the carrot and jalapeño soup. Quite nice. Reasonable prices. Good, attentive, service.

Everyone gave us excellent service, from the hostess who cheerfully got us in without reservations on a busy night, to Kelli the waitress who takes pride in the restaurant, to the bus boy with the ponytail who kept our pewter goblets filled the entire time. The only disappointment was the pot pie, which was very runny like a soup, which left the crust soggy. Not what I had hoped for. The chocolate gooey cake and key lime pie desserts and cappuccinos redeemed any frowns from dinner.
Had a great lunch today, the food and service was GREAT! The only thing we could find wrong was the water didn’t taste good. Other than that it was perfect !!!
Had a wonderful dinner last night at the Painted Pony. The mussels appetizer was delish and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Thanks Painted Pony for the great service and chefs.
This restaurant is a gem ! I live in Salt Lake and the food was so good that I thought I could even see myself doing the 4 hour drive just to eat there again! I highly recommend the beet and goat cheese tower, the potatoe and trout cakes and the cheesecake tower ! I felt like I was eating in a French restaurant , that’s how delicious the food was !
