Friendly, helpful, conscientious service. I am not a serious bicyclist, but they took care of my bike and treated me with respect.
I came in here yesterday looking for a part for my daughter's tag along they did not carry it but everyone in there was super helpful and they helped me order it!!! The young gentleman behind the counter even helped me put the pedals on my daughter's bike... I wish I could give them more than five stars but that's all Facebook would let me LOL 😁 The next time we are purchasing a bike I most definitely coming here, you guys are awesome 😘 The Outer Rim bike shop helped make my summer better
my bmx group #FITCREW @FITCREWBMX only uses outer rim bike shop my friend rico got his fit trl with some custom parts and my buddy danial got it fir str there and im goung to buy a custok sunday or fit began soon from here thay have great service and super nice people suoer friendly and thay tell you about the bikes good on price love them
Was in a bind due to a bike accident the other afternoon which compromised my rear wheel. They not only had the right sized wheel (2 other area shops did not) for my early 2000's Cannondale, they quickly swapped out my comb, tube and tire and I was out in 20 minutes and I'll be able to commute to work Monday no problem. Outstanding staff & selection to boot. Found my new bike shop.
This has to be the worst bike shop . My husband took my wheelchair in to have them put air in the tires and they refused to help him he explained he was in a car accident last week and has whip lash, the manager stated that was his problem. I hope the owner Brandon teaches customer service to his employees.
I took in a wheel to be trued. They said it would take a couple of hours. Called me less than 45 minutes later saying it was finished. It usually takes the other bike place I use (which rhymes with Shmike Shmallery) 2-3 days to do the work, and it costs more!!! I know who I will be using from now on!!! Thanks!
