The hippest place in Baltimore to see an alternative rock band is this scruffy, but chic, midtown establishment. The bar itself is very small, so many patrons stand or sit in front of the tiny stage, or wander around the multi-colored second and third floors. The bands are either unsigned locals or independent-label acts. All play loud and fast.

ottobar is my favorite venue in baltimore by far. 🤘🏻
My husband and I had a blast seeing Pharoahe Monch perform. The Mai Tai and Long Island Ice Tea drinks we had were great. My first time here. Will, definitely, go see another show....especially if the artist requests food from The Land of Kush.
Sound isn't always the best, but the Ottobar always gets great acts. the staff lets everyone have fun, but makes sure they stay safe. It is a good chance you will have a good time.
Great atmosphere. The price of is reasonable. Very easy place to get to.

I was there for the Eric Peterson (Mischief Brew) Memorial Show. Had a great time and then bartenders were on point. Thanks guys!
