Little to no wait and the staff is very pleasant

Dr. Cope and his staff were very professional and quick. Dr. Cope obviously knows what he's doing. My only criticism would be directed at the check-in area. Of course, it's required to use the computers in the lobby upon arriving, but I noticed an elderly woman asking for help, and they were sort of giving her a bad time. Might not be a bad idea to have a dedicated staff member to assist the ones having difficulty. Give them the benefit of the doubt that they truly do require the help. Me and my. Wife think there is nothing Like Dr. Cope!!!!!!! HE IS A WONDERFUL SHOULDER DOCTOR!!!!!!! WE JUST TOLD US HE IS NOT DOING KNEES ANYMORE. DR. COPE. PLEASE DO RAYS KNEE!!!!!!! WE KNOW, THOUGH, DR COPE IS A WONDERFUL. DOCTOR, NO MATTER HE OPERATES ON, DO YOU KNOW WHY I SAY THAT??? BECAUSE. HE. C. A. R. E. S!!!!!!!
Appointment kept in a timely manner. I spoke with two nurses & the doctor. I felt that they kne me and my case. All very professional & comfotable.
Dr Cope did a great job with my knee. My pain was much better when I left the office. So far it is still fine.
Outstanding!! Very efficient check in process, friendly staff, minimal wait time after check in and only waited 5 minutes for Dr Cope. After discussing plan with Dr Cope, I was scheduled for MRI the next day. Overall excellent visit.
Best orthodontist in Mobile! Has the best nurse, Pat, who follows up with your progress.
Pre surgery was very organized. The whole surgical procedure was carried out very professionally, nurses, anesthesiologist& surgeon Made sure I was well informed,answered all questions & The procedure went as planned.
