Llamé dos veces para hacerle una cita a mi hijo, primero, tardan en responder, segundo, me respondió primero un hombre y fue un poco grosero, segunda llamada me respondió una mujer, y fue muy grosera; con mal servicio al cliente. Hace 2 años el personal atendía mejor.
The doctor herself is fine. But her staff are terrible and unprofessional. The lady who wanted to sell my frames had a bad attitude. Of course she didn’t get my business
Need to improve customer service! I started to have a eye check up since 1992 or 1993 to present. When Dr. Pope was there. He was a nice person and accomodated. Now a days I ‘ve been 3weeks ago my yearly check up now a days I am not happy with the customer anymore. He always mess up prescriptions glass.
