For my experience of this place with the doctor was very nice ,on the other hand the staff is very unfriendly and rude
After more than 25 years of coming to this office, I was ghosted. I am thankful that it happened because I needed a reason to leave anyway. It is unfortunate that after 2 voicemails and 1 text message, I could not get anyone to call me back to reschedule my appointment. I loved this place when Dr Pope was around. Sadly he retired otherwise I would have followed him wherever he went. I was not the biggest fan on Dr Z but I’ll leave that alone. My recent experience at The Optometry Center in Hayward was absolutely awesome. Raquel, Paulina, Magdalen and Dr. Zhublawar (aka Dr. Z) are all super friendly and professional. Patient care was thorough and efficient. This is my second visit with Dr. Z. Each time I received excellent patient care. Wait time was also efficient. Bilingual English and Spanish staff. Great advisors, I got my polarized sun glasses with prescription and I love driving with them. Thanks a lot. Always make previous appointment for eye exam, frame selection or adjustment.
