Found it difficult to get an appointment. When my inquiry was responded to I was advised to get a 15 min Consultation first. An emergency came up that morning and I messaged to cancel and was advised that Gray would not offer me another appointment. It was a 15 minute consult! I am shocked at how unprofessional I was treated. I am not a celebrity and I guess that is what Gray is looking for.
I had high expectations coming in here but OMG my expectations were exceeded above and beyond!!! I was literally almost in tears when I left. NEVER will I go anywhere else!!! And the price was the same as these other “professional hairdressers” 🤩🤩🤩
Gray is THE BEST. I fly home to see him. I enjoy getting my hair styled by him and getting to talk to him each time I come in. Can’t say enough amazing things <3
