Started going here at 30 weeks pregnant and I’ve been loving the variety of 60 min or 75 min classes! Birth preparation, prenatal yoga, etc. They also offer specialized courses to take with your spouse like Birth Prep Essentials, Newborn Care, and Infant CPR.
Such a beautiful place! Everything a pregnant woman needs is conveniently available in one location. The staff is so kind, and the atmosphere is incredibly warm and calming. Highly recommend! 🤍

The most healing experience in Miami. Natalia of the Yin Institute offers a meaningful care journey. She starts with a thoughtful intake and her treatment is targeted, informational, and intentional. I’m still feeling the benefits of our session, and can’t wait for more. I recommend this to anyone interested! Truly, a 10/10 experience.
I am so grateful to have had access to this space! The classes and community at The One Tribe have been unbelievably empowering and supportive during my pregnancy. The teachers are beautifully well-informed. I wish every city had a One Tribe so I could continue attending classes through my next pregnancies and postpartum journeys 💗
