The best place for pre a post natal care for moms, and babies. Different types of classes where you can even bring your baby! Beautiful, cozy, friendly atmosphere. Staff and teachers are not only excellent but very welcoming and friendly.

My little one is about three months old, and the number of times these past several months that information from my classes with Melissa has come into my head is vast. I was utterly clueless before the preparation classes, but the information was laid out in such an amazing manner that we felt confident for child birth and beyond. One Tribe is the place to be for new moms! It’s everything one could ask for in the postpartum journey. I loved being part of the Mom Group (infant series). Finding community at this time was a crucial part of my postpartum recovery. In this group I was able to meet Andrea Blanco, an incredible lactation consult at One Tribe.
