I used this company to purchase a home in Arlington VA. I was living overseas in Colombia at the time and they made the process so easy. They have everything online, my agent did virtual tours, and the weekend I was in town, I saw 5-6 homes in a day. The next day I even sat with the owner and learned about a ton of things I had no idea about. My agent was amazing but also their whole team is. This really is how real estate should be done. We closed and I am happy to say I will be in my new home next week!
I strongly do not recommend this agency ( One street company in Washington DC). One of their agents reached out to me through a Zillow inquiry on a home( I won’t mention names here for their sake). From there I began to work with this person. Our relationship started via text messaging and remained via text throughout till I terminated the contract with the brokerage.
