Well, it was fine until my friend became violently ill after eating the trout. Began to feel sick in the way home. Hospital thought it had to be food poisoning based on timing, severity and duration.

We are very sorry your dinner companion became ill. We take food safety very seriously and check all our product twice a day. We have not received any other instances with the trout but we will make sure the chefs recheck our current supply and notify our Fish Vendor to make them aware.
