Wonderful Italian food in the most beautiful setting!
It was great food was good and the company was the best
We eat here every Sunday. We've had so many wonderful meals and the service is super. We eat at "Spag Fact" so often the servers know our order. We also go to the Clackamas location at least 2-3 times a month. Shout out to Shawnae, the former manager at the Riverfront location/current manager at the Clackmas location. You rock!! Mike & Jan
food was cold service was horrible and portions were small won't be going there again
Just had the worst experience here. 30 mins to order. Another 30 mins to get drinks. Total time there 2.5 hrs, and not because we were having a great time. Sent an email through the contact us form with my experience. I am waiting to hear a reply back and hope they will address my concerns. Have been going to this location with my family for over 30 years. Considering not going back. Plenty of other places where I don't have to worry about bad service.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G service from Dusty! Heading from Newberg OR to Rochester WA to care for a friend who had major surgery, I was looking to pick up her FAVORITE meal on the way. To my dismay, most OSF open at 4 pm. I was leaving at 9 am... My hubby called THIS location after they had closed the night before my travels and we were blown away by the gracious man on the the phone, Dusty. No wonder we have so many events at this restaurant! The food is consistently good and the staff is exceptional! Thanks to all of you last night who helped make a bunch of people with MS leave happy and full!
I ate here just last week the service was great and the food was solid, unfortunately I won't be eating here again because the owners of the Old Spegehtti Factory don't think the people who cooked and served me my food deserve living wages.
