Fast and friendly service. Had never been there before but would recommend it to my friends.
The food is still exceptional as I haven't been in years. Don't plan on visiting with your table though as it as loud as hell in that place. Couldn't even hear our waiter.

We met up with some friends and enjoyed a great meal, good service and wonderful ambience at the Spaghetti Factory on the waterfront. We are never disappointed, love this place and have many happy memories of time spent at this restaurant.

We went to the Bancroft St location and had a wonderful time. The snow storm hit Portland and my husband and I arrived at 1:30PM. My granddaughter and her boyfriend got stuck on mass transit and weren't able to get there until after 3PM. The manager and staff were wonderful even though they were suppose to close. I can't thank them enough for all their great service that went beyond what they needed to do.
