Food was great, service we great....enjoyed our evening celebrating a birthday in our family.
Horrible!!! Food was BLAND. I don't see what all the hype is about....Service was corny, and the nerve to serve ice berg lettuce for a salad??!! I'll never return.
Love the food. Restaurant is wide open and still had to wait 20 minutes to get a seat. Seriously there is less than 15 people here. What the hell?

I love this restaurant. it is gorgeous and the food is terrific.
Have been getting together with family and friends at many different OSF's throughout the years and we are always excited for a new adventure and great spaghetti, etc, It is no surprise that for our latest OSF adventure we made a 200 mile journey and back to add yet another OSF locale to our long list and to visit more family. Thanks for the memories.

Corporate, I hope you are reading; this reflects on you and your employees! I didn't even eat the food, had it boxed and then threw it away after paying because of the experience. Okay, so this is my first time at this restaurant and my last! We have been eating at the Old spaghetti factory since 1972 in San Jose, CA. We need one in Bend, OR where we currently live. We go toPortland as often as we can and it is still my favorite place!
