This whole complex is TRASH! I have a list of complaints from roaches and spiders, to the sink falling in, my toilet is broken, leaks, fires, break ins, gun shots and extremely poor management and maintenance. I have tried multiple times to get these issues addressed but I have been ignored for MONTHS. I have been a great tenant. Never gave them any hassles or issues, and THIS is how I am "appreciated"? Shamefully terrible. I live at **** ***** ***** I have 8 open service requests about our patio door leaking and the front entrance letting water in every time it rains. SEVERAL have been closed without having work done from me and the previous tenants. Nearly 2 years these same complaints have been turned in for this unit without having anything done. The office is so rude. They won't do anything in a timely manner, lie constantly, they don't even print service requests for maintenance but you better pay that rent on tome! .... read more

I am not the kind of person to leave bad reviews but I am making an exception. In February of this year during the winter storm the pipes burst due to freezing temperatures, flooding my apartment and many other units. Following that instance ********* South refused to give me a livable unit for weeks and sent me numerous insulting and threatening emails. They won't accept responsibility for not draining the fire sprinkler system even though the responding fire department have determined they were at fault. I have also caught... read more

Reside in apartment complex owned by Harbor Group Management. Heritage ***** *** Air *** Increased rent by ******* per month. Lived there 10 years paid rent on time never ever late. This raises price to same as luxury apartments. If you want to charge those prices fix things. Trash everywhere trash at playground never emptied no mulch or anything in 10 years. Took trash can from talk park because they don't want to empty now dog feces in bags on the ground. Only mow every 2 weeks. Pool chairs put out filthy umbrellas don't w... read more

Worse experience than my college landlords. . The biggest issue was the mouse problem and I called every week asking to get an exterminator and they kept saying they would do it in house. It took them months of me living outside of the apartment (which I paid over ***** each month for) to get one in. Once I moved out I found nest and droppings in places I didn't even know the mice were at. It was a HUGE health issues for my dogs and I. I had 4 and a half months of mouse problems. They charged me for the application, which was non-refundable. I'm ok with that as long as things get processed properly. I was told that I would have an answer within two business days. And that there was an apartment that would be ready within two weeks. The application never got processed at all. They gave me the run-around for two weeks, avoiding my phone calls and voice mails. DON'T DO IT. Horrible experience with this company. THEY ARE GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY!!! Been staying in one of their New Jersey buildings for about 3 years and they don't give us any help when we ask for it. Tried to ask for a rent decrease DURING PANDEMIC and they refuse to help lower the rent (NO REMORSE AT ALL? CMON). No help or even a rent freeze whatsoever. Right off the bat, please save yourself the money in towing fees alone and don't move here. This complex has worked out a kickback program with a towing company and they have about 5 cars a night towed! They issue more stickers than there are spots and tow visitors cars as well. They let you go without hot water for a week at a time and whenever you go to your car you're greeted with an overwhelming amount of garbage overflowing into the parking lot. I was a tenant at ******* at ******* Center, Centreville Va. After two and a half years I vacated. The process to leave was horrible. Your team, including ******** from corporate, are insensitive, rude, and disrespectful.
