I would recommend The Noble anytime to anyone. Not taking advantage or exploiting move out costs or the deposit, which across the board has happened at every other place I've lived, was perhaps the greatest experience of all. Good, centrally located choice Newer, secure and generally well maintained building. Staff is on site friendly and responsive. Pretty quiet, considering the capacity. Residents tend to be younger professionals who are new to town. Lots of dogs, and dog issues at times.
