Verified Renter Great place to be if you don't mind a lot of noise from the streets, are empathetic towards the plight of the homeless people and drug addicts who crowd the front of the building all the time, and like to buy your goods locally instead of ordering stuff online. Also, you'll need your own AC unit, but once you have it, the rooms are comfy, and when the forest fires kick up each year the windows are well sealed and keep the worst of the smoke out really well. Verified Renter Since moving into The Heights at Bear Creek I have been pleasantly surprised. Management/Office Staff is very professional, helpful and nice. Maintenance staff are always timely, nice and professional. All maintenance work gets done in a timely manner and so far no crazy complaints except parking can be tough to find on my work schedule.
