Great place! All the staff at Pilot Butte, from management to maintenance, have been so awesome to work with. Management has been really responsive and helpful from the moment I scheduled a tour, to the leasing process, to any need or question I have had since. Even when I’m just picking up packages at the office, they take the time to check in on a personal level to get to know you and are so personable. Verified Renter The management staff really sold us on the property. We even paid a little bit more because we enjoyed the friendly, inviting staff. We also loved the look of the place with all the trees and maintained grounds. Spacious apartment too!

Verified Renter There are rats near the dumpster and the recycling area. The rats have established a colony behind one building toward the left front corner of the property. There have been roaches on the property. Neighbors have friends bringing their trash and dumping on the property, and charges are distributed to the tenants. The staff are polite, but there appears to be a lack of accountability in managing tenants who keep their entryways filthy and cluttered, despite repeated requests to clean up.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & DECEPTIVE When I viewed the property I told them specifically which unit I was interested in. They showed me a different unit stating the unit I wanted was unavailable to view at that time. I loved the unit they showed so I started the process to apply/move it. That’s when it all went left. It took 6 days to get “approved” and through out the process I worked with Alexis. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! She never replied to any email I sent. I would have to call to get her on the phone. Verified Renter Great place to be if you don't mind a lot of noise from the streets, are empathetic towards the plight of the homeless people and drug addicts who crowd the front of the building all the time, and like to buy your goods locally instead of ordering stuff online. Also, you'll need your own AC unit, but once you have it, the rooms are comfy, and when the forest fires kick up each year the windows are well sealed and keep the worst of the smoke out really well.
