I live on the North side...never had a problem with roaches. Great neighbors. If I call the office they have always been there that day! Our maintance people are very nice n do not leave a mess. I've read some reviews and I'm so sorry y'all had bad experiences. It has to be the mainance crew y'all have or had. I have a friend on the SW side and she has had some Big problems that I would have lost it over. Definitely the maintance guys. My complaint is our AC...so loud and doesn't cool that well...runs Constantly plus it leak... read more
Counting down the days until I move out. This place has taken a nose dive straight downhill. I called WEEKLY about my bedroom and bathroom flooding for months, starting the first week of August. They finally fixed it the last week of February the next year. My bookcases rotted. My bedroom floor under the carpet is covered in mold from the water sitting there which has caused months of chest infections (that's on top of the mold living in my vents - only one of which actually work). There's good and bad....security is definitely an issue and so is maintenance. And some of the office staff is just rude. They won't give us real information on the bills either.
This place is unprofessional and the office staff are very rude.
