Was nice when I moved in a year ago, now nothing but broken air conditioning, water problems, pest problems, poor management, prices have gone up and problems rise. Terrible place to live now. I'm going to the apartment association. I'll fb everyone when I do to get follow up reports and resolutions. Enough is enough.
Wow! I came out to my car after unloading my trunk and found a yellow piece of paper on my windshield...the note said, "I found your key in the street and placed it on your driver side rear tire. -neighbor" THANK YOU kind neighbor!! I really love the residents at Nob Hill. I wanted to post a photo of the note so they could see the note and know it was them, but there was no way to upload a photo here. my car just been stolen from my parking spot in front of my apartment on 08/06/2015 between 08:00AM & 10:00AM, and i just heard that my neighbor car been broken in, and the other one is been broken twice in the last few years and thier are more l am sure................................
Terrible apartment, horrible management, maintain and organize. You can find a much better place with the money you pay for rent and utilities than here People, stay away from the West section manager LEE, she is the rudest people you can ever meet, giving you a incredibility bad attitude and treat you like crap. She don't care about helping and working, SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT HOW TO CHARGE YOU MORE IN DIFFERENT WAYS!!!!
Awful!! Maintenance was terrible. Management was deplorable.
Can't rescue a cat until the news is involved. Then have the lady who called arrested for some bogus assault charge. What's amazing is the stupidity you must have to think this would go away. Hope you enjoy the wrath of animal lovers
When you have a living animal trapped in the wall.... it's an emergency any day of the week. Have some compassion and some class! Shame on you guys!
Who fixes the A/C during the summer? Nob Hill does! It's currently 85 degrees in our apartment. This isn't a one time event, this happens multiple times a month. Oh and to make things worse when we have no A/C we also have no water. When I tried calling them to see if they would reimburse any of the utility costs they never got back to me. Why they didn't wait until the winter to do this is beyond me. I appreciate the management trying to fix things but why fix a working A/C in the summer?!?!?!
