I called the leasing office this morning because I thought I may have been unintentionally locked out of my unit. I wanted to clarify why this may have happened and if fees would be assessed. Before I could complete my question the REP asked if she could interrupt me. I gave her permission, then she said accounting is the only department that can assist.
